An agreement was reached with a national company specializing in the provision of professional and efficient services by staff who are trained to effectively run the management of a Retirement Village and healthcare services.
The fully equipped medical and healthcare facilities will consist of 3 sections: step-down, frail-care and stabilization. Step-down will have 20 beds, frail-care 35 and 5 beds for convalescent care.
